After Fruit Logistica in Berlin, Freshfel Europe presented the pan-European campaign ‘Follow me to be Healthy with Europe' to students and young professionals at the POLITICO EU Studies and Career Fair.
This campaign aims to improve eating habits by encouraging them to eat at least 400g of fruit and vegetables per day. During the fair, more than 300 students and young professionals visited the campaign stand to learn more about the “Follow me to be healthy with Europe” campaign and how to improve their daily eating habits with #400gChallenge.
On the stand, in a good place, a bike which made it possible to make a smoothie with fresh fruits and vegetables. The purpose of this activity was to demonstrate how fruits and vegetables integrate easily into an active and healthy lifestyle of a young adult and that the consumption of at least 400g of fruits and vegetables per day is simple.
Launched in July 2019 and continuing until the end of 2021, the EU-funded digital campaign 'Follow me to be healthy with Europe' aims to raise general awareness of a healthy way of life by improving eating habits.
