European products retain authorization to enter the United States

President Trump's decision to suspend all travel from Europe to the United States for 30 days concerns individuals. Goods and freight are exempt from this prohibition.

 

 

 

The American president announced during a televised address that starting from Friday March 13 at midnight, travelers coming from 26 European countries will not be able to go to the United States for 30 days. The restriction also applies to foreign nationals who have stayed in the Schengen Area (26 countries with an open border agreement) in the last 14 days.

 

 

 

A statement released later by the US administration clarified that the goods and cargo are not affected by the ban.
