Peruvian garlic exports exceed $19 million until November

Between January and November 2022, Peru exported 13,892,262 kilos of fresh garlic worth $19,381,157. In the same term of the previous year, the country dispatched 9,900,891 kilos for $15,701,852, says the Agrodata portal.

 

The main recipient country of said product in the period corresponding to 2022 was Mexico, with placements for $10,283,828 (53% of the total), followed by the United States, with $3,944,901, Ecuador, with $3,426,638, Australia, with $497,580 , Colombia, with $302,951, the United Kingdom, with $150,678 and other countries that together accumulated $774,581.
