In its 2024 edition, Interfresh Eurasia, one of Turkey’s leading trade fairs for fresh produce, packaging, machinery, and logistics, surpassed expectations by attracting visitors from 55 countries. The 2025 show, scheduled for September 18-20 at Izmir’s IZFUAR fairground, promises even greater global participation, with an anticipated audience from over 80 countries.

The 2025 event will feature an exciting synergy between two major exhibitions: Interfresh Eurasia and Interfood Eurasia. This combined showcase will highlight not only fresh produce but also dried, freeze-dried, frozen, and canned foods, sauces, and juices. Visitors can expect to explore cutting-edge packaging and machinery technologies, as well as storage and logistics solutions.

With a growing international presence, the fair will attract exhibitors and attendees from Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
