Food Lion to acquire 10 Winn-Dixie stores

US supermarket chain Food Lion, part of the Delhaize Group, has announced that it is to buy 10 Winn-Dixie stores.
The stores are located in the states of North Carolina and Virginia and the terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
