Geest announces 2003 results update

British food company Geest PLC anticpates sales growth of around 12 percent for the year ended 3rd January 2004. In a press release, the company said that operating profits would be in line with expectations. The company plans to continue its programme to improve productivity and reduce supply chain costs.
