Madrid hopes to take the lead in trade fairs
Fruit Attraction 2025 reaches 90% occupancy and expects to achieve world leadership as the sector's leading trade fair.
The 17th edition of Fruit Attraction, organized by IFEMA MADRID and FEPEX, will be held from September 30 to October 2 and already records more than 90% occupancy, with 70,000 m² allotted, 8% more than in 2024. More than 2,500 companies are expected to participate and 120,000 professionals from 150 countries are expected to attend.
Logistics will be the highlight
With 10 occupied pavilions, the event reinforces its global leadership in fresh produce marketing, with a new sectorization that enhances the exhibition experience: odd-numbered pavilions will bring together national companies and the Innova&Tech area; while the even-numbered pavilions will host companies from Europe, America, Asia and Africa. The Fresh Food Logistics area will be in Hall 4, and almost all of them will have space for Auxiliary Industry.
Tomato, organic, Mexico and Malaysia in prominence
Tomatoes will be the star product, and organic products will have specific signage. Mexico and Malaysia will be the Guest Importing Countries and the International Buyers Program will be back.
The Best Stand Awards and Innovation Hub Awards will be held, as well as congresses such as Grape Attraction, Biofruit Congress and Fresh Food Logistics The Summit. Fair hours will be from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, and until 4:00 pm on the last day.
