XVII annual conference '5 A DAY' in Madrid on March 7
Mercamadrid will host the XVII Jornada Profesional "5 a day" next March 7th, a key meeting to discover where the Spanish sector is heading.
The event will be inaugurated by Sara Rubira Martínez, Minister of Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Region of Murcia. Under the theme "Transforming the consumption of the future: fruits, vegetables and health" the conference will feature inspiring talks and key trends: The director of Fruit Attraction, María José Sánchez will tell us how the fair is driving the future of the sector. Emilio Duró, Founding Partner of Iter Consultores SL, will rethink what is important and what is secondary in life and business. The round table "On the role of fruits and vegetables in food trends" will feature experts in nutrition and sustainability, Ana Molina, experts in gastronomy Rodrigo de la Calle and in the consulting sector with David del Pino and Miguel Domene of the Cajamar Group.
