According to the latest estimates, the production of oranges in Florida is 4% higher than production in the 2011-2012 season
Orange production in Florida has increased slightly according to the latest estimates.
The latest report from the Department of Agriculture and NASS (National Agricultural Statistics Service) estimates that the 2012-2013 season production of
Florida oranges has reached 9.37 million tons.
An increase of 4% compared to the volume produced in 2011-2012. Harvest should begin in the first days of November.
