Ghana foresees the immediate lifting of European sanctions.
The EU should review by the end of the year its position on Ghana's Fruit & Vegetables which have been banned to access the European markets since 2014.
GEPA (Ghana Export Promotion Authority) announced the visit of technicians to verify the quality and packaging of products and compliance with the standards in force. In Ghana, the agricultural sector has increased its efforts to meet the demands and identify new export products.
Ghana has significant agricultural potential and could increase its exports to approximately a few million USD according to the government.
