The harvest of Jersey Royal will begin

The harvest forecasts for the Jersey Royal potato are very optimistic and the exports estimated at 40 000 tons. Harvest was simply deferred of a few days to April 7 because of frosts during the night. Only 10% of the total production could have sudden damages, but producers remain trustful on the quality and volumes of this year.
