OLIVTECH 2017 ''GOURMET İZMİR''

Turkey`s newest and most modern exhibition center Izmir Fair Will open its doors to the world for the 7th Olive, Olive Oil, Milk, Dairy Products and Technologies Fair on April 26th through 29th 2017. This event is hosted by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality and organized by İZFAŞ and takes place together with EKOLOJİ İZMİR – 8 th Organic Products Fair

OLIVTECH 2017 fair will enrich its product line with a new addition of Dairy Products, Fermented Products and Technologies under the name of “Gourmet Izmir”

OLIVTECH being the only specialized fair of Turkey in its sector, this year again, will provide new business contacts for sector representatives by getting the story of olive from field to fork and innovation technologies together. Many events from olive processing to olive tasting will take place in OLIVTECH in which history, geographical importance and economic value of olive and olive oil will be evaluated by specialized guests. Cooking events and different seminars will also take place.
