The Pomona Group sells its Terragaïa subsidiary

The Pomona Group has sold its Terragaïa subsidiary, specializing in the import of off-season fruits, to the management team associated with the Kinobé Group.

 

 

 

For several years now, having refocused on the business of a full-service wholesaler, Terragaïa's activity, which specializes in the import of off-season fruits, was no longer in the Group's strategic line.

 

 

 

By handing over the company to the management team already in place, this transaction ensures perfect continuity for Terragaïa's customers and employees.

 

 

 

Kinobé, for its part, is pleased to be able to validate its strategy based on the specialization of each of its units and a complete geographic positioning: Nosibé in Marseille and Châteaurenard, Kissao in Marseille, N&K in Rotterdam, KinoBio in Châteaurenard and now Terragaia in Rungis.

 

 

 

With this acquisition, Kinobé positions itself as one of the French leaders in the import and distribution of tropical and off-season fruits (excluding bananas).
