The products of March announce Spring time

After a rather rigorous winter in almost all France, March makes it possible to discover products which are spring-like such as strawberry and asparagus. If citrus fruits remain still quite present in shelves, banana achieves its largest turnover this month. On the side of vegetables, tomato ranks first in shelf.
