Joint venture between "Fira de Barcelona" & "Reed Exhibitions"

"Fira de Barcelona" and "Reed Exhibitions Iberia S.A", organisers of the show "Alimentaria" & "Barcelona Tecnoalimentaria - BTA", decided to bet strategically by the constitution of a participated joint venture to 50%. Both organisations conjugate the experience in the trade sector in order to promote the show and the city on an international level. The new entity is denominated Alimentaria Exhibitions S.A.
