Prices for fruit and vegetables keep growing in Ukraine

According to the latest figures, vegetables and fruit costs remained stables during almost 2 months. But within last few weeks, prices for vegetables and fruit within inside market of Ukraine have grown up to 34,9%.

 

After stopping hard snowfalls and restoring of logistic system, prices for potatoes, cabbage, beetroot and carrots nevertheless continue to increase. The prices for the above mentioned vegetables have grown up to 16%. Carrots have won the 1^st

place in the most expensive vegetables rating, price for carrots has increased up to 16-29%. According to the data provided by agricultural specialists, values of these vegetables are 90% more expensive comparing to the previous year’s numbers.
