Geest confirms completion of G's prepared leafy salads business

Further to the announcement made on 16 February 2005, Geest PLC, the leading fresh prepared foods and produce company, has confirmed that it has completed successfully the acquisition of the trade and moveable assets of the prepared leafy salads manufacturing facility of G's Marketing Ltd.
