Anadolu Etap on the way to support women entering the workforce and playing a full role in the Turkish economy
Anadolu Etap Group, one of the leading Turkish fruit grower and fruit juice supplier, implements various innovations in economic, technical, social and environmental areas. Mainly it is paid much force to support agricultural engineers and technicians working women to be self-developed as future leaders to play a full role in the economy.

It was the first agricultural company in Turkey to publish and commit itself to Sustainable Agriculture Principles in 2014. The company considers social, economic and environmental sustainability as its most important values and supports local economic development in all areas it operates in.
A training center called “AgroAcademy” was established in 2012 to increase the standards in fruit growing and to provide sustainability. The center trains women farmers to increase the quality of the female workforce and to support women’s participation. AgroAcademy has educated 750 farmers on Sustainable Fruit Growing, 75$% of whom were women.
“With AgroAcademy Farmer Module, we aim to extend modern fruit growing techniques and sustainable agriculture principles. In the coming years, we will encourage suppliers and customers to participate in our training offered to our employees and farmers”-says Aysel Oguz.
Andalou Group is also the first agricultural company that has a nursery school within the farms for the children of seasonal agricultural workers, which provides free and continuous education (MICO Project). It works to maintain the balance between people and nature.
