Chalkis acquires 100 percent of Conserves de Provence

As previously agreed, the Chinese group Xinjiang Chalkis has acquired the remaining 45 percent of tomato processor Conserves de Provence from the Coopérative Agricole des Tomates de Vaucluse. Conserves de Provence is the leading French tomato processor and sales products under the Le Cabanon and Masque d'Or brands.
