The first French producer organisation of garlic has honoured the symbol of Berlin on its stand
The stand of the cooperatives TOP'ALLIANCE, Hall 21 stand A-08, is undoubtedly one of the most photographed in the exhibition, with its reproduction of the Brandenburg Gate .... in garlic.
The cooperative TOP'ALLIANCE brings together more than 300 producers in South-Western France, producing 2/3 of all the production of Pink Garlic Red Label. White garlic, pink garlic, purple garlic or fresh garlic, TOP'ALLIANCE offers the fullest range of the market.
Annual production 10,000 tons, including 4,400 tons of garlic, 2,800 tons of white garlic, 1,400 tons of Pink Garlic from Lautrec (including 500 tons of Red Label), 200 tons of green garlic.
