Potato in the spotlights in Egypt

"The Cairo International Potato Congress & Potato Square", a new international potato event will be launched in Cairo, Egypt from 9 to 12 September 2002. The potato is an important crop for Egypt, a major import market for seed potatoes. About 214 exhibitors and some 65 000 visitors from more than 20 countries will attend the show.
