Increasing salad production

The organism "Les Belles Salades de Provence" has informed Tony Bongiovanni, Fructidor's country manager, that despite heavy September's flooding, the salad production seems to be higher than in 2002. Indeed, the south-east region would record 120 million heads of salads, all varieties mixed.
