Didier Baley take over as head of ValNantais after the retirement of Philippe Gouin.
Philippe Gouin, director of cooperative vegetable ValNantais, will retire at the end of the year.
Didier Baley, 55, will succeed him. Agricultural engineer by training, Didier worked for Baley
groups Glon and Vilmorin, before directing several cooperatives.
Other changes: Samuel Praud replaces Gérard Esteve as Commercial Director.
