Creation of the Shanghai Rungis Market joint-venture

Rungis is exported and has just created a joint-venture with the most important Chinese company of management of wholesale market.
The model of the International Market of Rungis is exported. Its management company, Semmaris, participates in the location, organization, conception and the functioning of wholesale market in numerous countries, in particular in China.
Marc Spielrein, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Semmaris, signed the creation of a French Sino company, Shanghai Rungis Market Management Company Ltd, with the most important Chinese company of management of wholesale market, Shenzhen Agricultural Products Company Ltd (SZAP).
Semmaris brings its experience, its expertise and 33 % of the capital. The joint-venture is going to assure the management of wholesale new food markets in China.
