Trops doubles its production of mangoes

Trops will double its production of mangoes produced in Spain.
Based in a region where the micro climate allows subtropical crops, Trops is a producer of fruits and vegetables.
The 1800 Trops producers harvested 4,000 tonnes of mangoes last year and this year's production is estimated between 8,000 and 9,000 tons. This doubling of production in one year could lower the price but demand remains strong
.
These mangoes produced in Spain are considered high quality fruit from imports.
Trops is the leading distributor of mangoes in Spain but also of avocados and production reached 30,000 tons per year. Trops will expand its facilities with the commissioning of a new plant in El Trapiche.
