Macedonia sets record in grape exporting to Russia

During last 5 months Macedonia has exported to Russia 4 times bigger volumes of grape comparing to last year’s figures. The quantity of grape sold to Russian fruit market comprised almost 1,5 thousand tons, 62% of fruit were delivered in December 2012.

This period volumes of grape delivered from Macedonia to Russia are considered to be the 2d best numbers during last 11 years.

It is worth noticing that according to last season results Macedonia occupied only 17^th place among world grape suppliers to Russia, but this year Macedonia is moving to 14^th place very fast.
