The acquisition of Prime Cargo by DSV Panalpina is completed
DSV Panalpina, global transport and logistics provider of supply chain solutions, takes over Prime Cargo’s activities in Denmark, China and Poland from Mitsui-Soko Group, an international forwarding company based in Japan. All requirements and conditions have been met, and the relevant competition authorities have approved the agreement.
Prime Cargo is an international forwarding company based in Kolding, Denmark, and has freight, logistics and warehousing activities in China and Poland.
According to Henrik Nielsen, Executive Vice President, DSV Air & Sea, Northern Europe, both companies have the same values and way of doing business. "DSV Panalpina and Prime Cargo providing high quality personal service at competitive prices and together we can achieve more," he added.
With the integration of DSV Panalpina and Prime Cargo, daily operations will business as usual, but due to these integration, all customers will get access to DSV's global transport and logistics network and the potential it carries.
