Delhaize to open new stores

Belgian-based retailer Delhaize has said that it plans to open 100 new stores in 2006. The new openings include 25 Food Lion stores in The USA and 28 new stores in Belgium and Luxembourg. Delhaize opened around 80 new stores in 2005.
