Report PMA Fresh Summit, New Orleans: Snacking trend

During our presence at the PMA show, the main novelty and fundamental trend was the bags used for cherries and apples.

These  transparent bags present "snacking" portions with developed graphysme. They also stand upright on the shelves, which improves visibility and impulse purchases.

These bags are also sometimes equipped with zip to facilitate "clean" consumption and especially in car.
