Tribunal in Ecuador consults banana growers on abolition of minimum price

The president of the constitutional tribunal in Ecuador Santiago Velazquez plans to meet 5 members of various agricultural organisations to consult and ask them about the current situation of banana production in the country. Problem that will be discussed is a possible abolishment of the minimum reference price for bananas. Other question is whether or not the concrete articles in the banana law are constitutional or not
