Lemon of Syracuse featuring in Paris

IIt will be the featured guest of the Italian Cultural Institute of Paris, on Tuesday, March 11, 2014.

The event will feature to Parisian public multiple uses of IGP Lemon of Syracuse. At the program: filmed documents, interventions of personalities of the sector, and many dégutations.

The President of the Association will explain the originality of Lemon of Syracuse IGP.  A scientific will talk about the medical properties of lemon, a producer of citrus oils will testify the recognition of the great French perfumers for Sicilian products. Tasting of GROM brand ice, the partner of this initiative, and tasting of specialties of lemon of chef Pino Cuttaia (2 Michelin stars) who will discuss the uses of citrus in the kitchen.
