Latest news of Ukrainian fruit & vegetables market

Due to latest information, there have been several changes in fruit & vegetables market of Ukraine last week.

Prices for imported cucumbers have remarkably decreased. The main reason is considered to be grow of demand for vegetables produced in local greenhouses.

Prices for tomatoes have remained on the same level comparing to the previous weeks figures. Buying activity focused on root vegetables was low. According to the latest data, demand for cabbage was also quite low during all week. At the same time, there was very high trade-sale activity within fruit market, especially apples were of great demand among Ukrainian consumers.
