Asian Citrus, world number one for oranges production made a partnership with the biggest producer of tropical fruit juices in China.
Asian Citrus, the most important producer of oranges of China, widens its activities.
Asian Citrus is moving into the market of fruit juice and purchases Behai Parfum Jardin Juice Company (BPG), the biggest producer of tropical fruit juices in China.
The deal would amount to 2 billion dollars HK, which is 186 million euro.
According to the analysts, perspectives of growth of Asian Citrus are excellent.
The production to Xingfeng doubled to reach 60.000 tons and that of Hepu reached 127.000 tons.
Plantations are situated in latitudes identical to those of Florida, climate ideal and favorable to the plantation of orange trees. Asian Citrus plans to acquire a 700 hectare plantation in the region of Guangxhi.
