The Sweet Onion Cévennes launched its 2015 Recipes book

Cooperative Cévennes Origin publishes every year since 2008 a booklet of original recipes that celebrates Sweet Onion Cevennes .

This 8th edition of the book features 12 recipes from chefs " Toques Blanches Lyonnaise " . The Rhône-Alpes region is known for the excellence of its cuisine and the expertise of its professionals.
