Black Garlic Allium , the first black garlic 100% Spanish, has been introduced to the exhibition Alimentaria in Barcelona.
This black garlic was obtained from Pedroñeras garlic (PGI) and different combinations, but with no additives or ingredients, after more than a year of research.
Black Allium is completely black and is completely different from the classic garlic. Its flavor evokes liquorice , it can be eaten in snack or be used as a condiment in cooking.
This is the first garlic which is 100% Spanish, its amazing features could lead to new products.
