Armenia improves 84% of the volume of apricot exports

This year, the country reached a record level for its exports of apricots.

Armenia exported 23,240 tons of apricots this year indicated the press office of the Ministry of Agriculture. The best figure ever reached. The country exported 84% more apricots this summer than in summer 2012.

According to data from Ministry, apricots of Armenia had the main destinations: Russia with 19,810 tons, Georgia with 2,593 tons, Ukraine with 668 tons. Other countries have imported small batches of Armenian apricots.
