Kerry makes double acquisition

Irish consumer food group Kerry has acquired flavoured syrup, sauces and concentrates producer Da Vini Gourmet and natural fruit and vegetable flavouring manufacturer Crystals International.
The combined total of the deal is said to be USD 62 million.
