SAPAM promotes local products

" The Alsatian food " asked SAPAM , partner supplier Fruits & Vegetables, to establish an animation and promotion campaign for fruit and vegetables from Alsace on selected sites.
Until October 2015, the animations will concern 44 Alsatian restaurants : 28 sites in enterprises, 15 sites in schools and 1 health site.
- A selection of local products ( fruits and vegetables) , update every 3 weeks for sticking closer to seasonality.
- An emphasis of producers ( among 57 SAPAM referenced ) whose products are cooked on the day of the animation and throughout the year,
- A " quiz " on Alsace products with prizes to be won in each restaurant.
