Auda launches new range

Auda, a company which specialises in growing aromatic herbs and salad sprouts and shoots, has launched a new range of Asian sprouts. The Eurasia mix consists of mustard, mizuna and taksai sprouts. The Nice-based company has also started offering beetroot sprouts. The company has also told us that the new production site at Puget-sur-Argent is now operational, with 2 hectares producing salad shoots, roquette and young spinach sprouts.
