Japan to allow foreign potatoes

Japan will allow foreign potatoes to be imported into the country for the first time. Imports will be restricted to potatoes to be processed into crisps, and must be sent in sealed containers, with all dirt to be removed prior to shipping. Imports will be allowed between 1st February and 30th June each year.
