The Jordan Exporters and Producers Association for Fruit and Vegetables JEPA and the Italian company supervising the Central Markets in Milan SO.GE.M.I have signed a joint venture agreement.
The Jordan Exporters and Producers Association for Fruit and Vegetables JEPA and the Italian company supervising the Central Markets in Milan SO.GE.M.I have signed a joint venture agreement.
The aim of the Memorandum of Understanding is to promote exchange of information and managing know-how to improve the trade relations between the two companies.
The agreement was signed by Eng. Abdullah Al-Zaben, Deputy Chairman of JEPA, and Roberto Predolin, chairman of SO.GE.MI, on the occasion of the visit of His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein to the city of Milan in Italy, in collaboration with Jordan Investment Board, during the Italy-Jordan business Forum held on October 22 in Milan.
A delegation of "SO.GE.M.I" visited Jordan recently on the occasion of the Jordan International Investment Conference 2009, which was held at King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Center – Dead Sea on 10-11 November, 2009. JEPA's Representatives met the Delegation, in this meeting both sides confirmed again on the continued cooperation and communication between the two countries in order to improve the quality of Jordanian Products in line of European Consumers.
