International expansion for MACFRUT 2017

The 2016 edition welcomed 30 different countries, the MACFRUT 2017 exhibition foresees the participation of 40 countries including many African countries.
With less than 3 months to go, the next edition of MACFRUT (10-12 May 2017) confirms a strong international presence, with a 30% increase in foreign exhibitors compared to the previous edition.
MACFRUT 2017 will be bigger (8 halls) and more international with participants from 40 countries. Among the newcomers, companies from Angola, Ethiopia, Uganda, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Uruguay. As well as delegations from Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Zambia, South Africa, Senegal and Ghana.
Africa is showing more and more interest in doing business with Italy. Sudan had come as a simple visitor in 2015, then with a stand of producers in 2016 and this year it will be present on 2 large exhibition spaces with about thirty companies present. Other African participant, Angola who comes to seek Business contacts but also solutions to improve its Fruits & Vegetables industry.
The show will exceed the record number of 1000 invited buyers and will welcome the main importers from China, the partner country of the 2017 edition.
