Another acquisition for SunOpta

Canadian organic food producer SunOpta has made another acquisition with the purchase of Pacific Fruit Processors of California. Pacific is a manufacturer of fruit based ingredients for the dairy, bakery and beverage industries with annual sales of about US$20 million. In June, SunOpta bought another Californian company, Cleugh's Frozen Foods, a processor of organic fruits and vegetables.
