Recently arrived in the United States, the 1st Italian Abate Fetel pears made ??their debut on the European Flavors stand at PMA. Tasting of pears organized on the stand intended for buyers (United States, Canada, Russia, Japan) and visitors was a great success. Pears associated with Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese and a touch of traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena.
Successful tasting, atmosphere ensured by a jazz quartet, the stand European Flavors, organized by the CSO has attracted many visitors. The present companies (Alegra, Apofruit, Granfrutta Zani, Made in Blue, Salvi, Infia, TR Turones, Unitec) are very satisfied.
