Rewe interested in Prodirest

Rewe is reported to be negotiating to buy Carrefour's food wholesale unit Prodirest. Prodirest supplies food to restaurants, canteens and hotels and has annual sales of EUR 900 million. The deal is thought to be worth around EUR 150 million.
