From one year to the next the number of companies, associations and chambers of commerce increases into a meeting place in Hall 1.1. in over 1000 m2.

This year, there are 42 companies that are in Berlin, determined to increase contacts to offset the loss to win the Russian market. Outside the pavilion of Turkey, the Turkish company some prefer to stand apart with their foreign partner. Note the participation of four Cypriot companies, which came with the Chamber of Commerce of Northern Turkish Cyprus.

Despite a slight decline in exports of fruits and vegetables in 2015, due to political circumstances in the region where it is found, Turkey has managed to sell 3.3 million tons of fruits and vegetables (3.2 in 2014) worth more than $ 2 billion. Its first 3 importers are Russia (42 percent of the market), followed by Iraq (13 percent of the market) and Germany (8 percent of the market).

The Chairman of the Citrus Promotion Council, Mr. Ali Kavak, says that Fruit Logistica is an opportunity not to be missed for Turkish exporters in search of new markets.
