Spain: Catalan companies' mission in Morocco

The president of the Catalan Government José Montilla will be on an official visit from April 8 to 10 in Morocco to boost the business relations and the agriculture food cooperation between Morocco and Catalonia.
Montilla will meet representatives of the local government and economic officials of the Country and will take part in a meeting between Catalan and Moroccan businessmen - sources from the Generalitat of Catalonia inform in a press release.
In Casablanca the president of the Catalan Government will open a seminar organised by Consortium for the Commercial Promotion of Catalonia on the topic “The Potential Cooperation between Catalonia and Morocco in the Emerging Sectors”.
The Catalan delegation will include businessmen from the sectors of logistics, environment, real estates, health and tourism. A presentation of a Mediterranean Forum on risk capital and the inauguration of an exhibition are on the agenda of the official visit.
Montilla will also participate in an agriculture food seminar organised by Morocco’s ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMed) and by the department for agriculture at the Generalitat.
