Scana to concentrate on core business - wholesale distribution

Migros subsidiary, Scana Lebensmittel AG, one of the main wholesale distributors in Switzerland, is to concentrate on its core business of supplying restaurants, hotels and institutional organisations. This move will lead to a gradual divestment during Q2 2004 of its SHC Catering sales and production units to various interested parties.
