Live from Fruit Logistica: Expertise at the service of quality

The French company Desbos-Fruits 2000-Ardèche produces, selects, packages and ships in France and throughout Europe fruits from a quality region.

Based in St Jean de Muzols, in the Ardèche department, the company produces, ships and markets cherries, apricots, peaches, plums, chestnuts, walnuts and kiwis. At its beginnings in 1985, the company marketed its production, then gradually came to add the volume of local producers. The objective is to promote local agricultural production as well as to satisfy all its customers by guaranteeing the quality of the fruits shipped and the services.

 

Thanks to the selection of quality fruits, produced in Ardèche and in the region, thanks to its partnership with local producers, thanks to a preparation and packaging that respects the fruit, thanks to a very responsive organization which allows packaging to be carried out to order.

 

Pursuing the continuous improvement of its production and marketing chain, the company is now certified Global-Gap, Grasp, HVE, Vergers Ecoresponsable.

 

Desbos-Fruits 2000-Ardèche ships approximately 3,000 tons of products per year, its refrigerated storage capacity reaches 4,800 m3.
