During the first 7 months of the year, apple exports from the Netherlands are in free fall for some destinations.
Apple exports have fallen sharply In the Netherlands over the first 7 months of 2011.
In late July, the volume of apple exports reached 53 million kilos, 18% less than the same period last year.
The figures vary from
country to country with exports to Germany risingy over 2% last year. The fall is significant for several destinations: France 43%, the UK 51%, Russia 24% and Sweden 54%.
